I have been an attorney in Atlanta, Georgia for over thirty-two (32) years. I have represented and advised businesses of all sizes, from mom and pop startup businesses, local businesses, regional businesses, national businesses, publicly traded companies, and a fortune 50 company. My clients are located throughout the United States, and some have operations overseas.
I served as lead counsel in approximately twenty-seven jury trials in Georgia. I been lead counsel in litigation matters before State and Federal Courts in thirteen (13) different States. I successfully presented cases before the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. I admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, and defeated an attempted appeal to the Supreme Court of the United States.
I have negotiated and saved clients tens of millions of dollars in debt reduction from banks, private lenders, and the government. I also have collected tens of millions of dollars for clients.
I graduated Western Carolina University cum laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. I was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, the Alpha Phi Sigma National Criminal Justice Honor Society, and the Pi Gamma Mu International Honor Society.
I graduated the Mercer University School of Law. I was the Administrative Editor of the Mercer Law Review. I was the Secretary for the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, a member of the International Law Society, and a contributing writer for the Legal Eagle Newspaper.
I am married, and have two (2) children, and three (3) grandchildren. I am a member of Perimeter Church in Johns Creek, Georgia. In addition to being a lawyer, I am a professional musician.
